ADEDOYIN ONAYEMI - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Adedoyin Onayemi is a seasoned Management Executive with 15+ years of progressive experience providing guidance and leadership in areas such as strategy (business advisory), Enterprise Risk Management, Credit Risk Administration, Product development, business intelligence, process management, data analytics, and change management with the aim of driving innovation.

He was Country Director of Money in Minutes Nigeria Limited, a UK-originated fintech start-up company responsible for driving the business growth, partnership, and digital transformation from 2021-2023.

He was also a former Senior Vice President and Head of Credit Risk of Kuda Bank. From 2018 – 2021 he was head of credit, product, & analytics for Credit Direct consumer lending arm of FCMB Holdings PLC.

Prior to Credit Direct, he was a co-founder of Aella Credit, a digital lending company.

SENAPON AJASA - HEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT

Ajasa Senapon Olubanwo is an accounting and audit professional with over 10 years cognitive experience in the financial services industry.

He started his career at Stallion Home Savings and Loans Limited, later Stallion Microfinance Bank in 2012 as an Accountant and rose to the position of Chief Financial Officer. He also worked with the Lagos State Government as an Auditor.

He joined Interstate Securities Limited in 2022 as Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management before joining Mutual Benefits Microfinance Bank as the Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management in 2023.

He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Certified Microfinance Banker.

He lectures several students many of whom are currently Chartered Accountants. He also mentors several students and professionals in accounting and audit.

He is happily married with two boys.

ONASOKUN SILAS OLUWATOYIN (MBA, PGD, HND, CIBN) - HEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

'Toyin Onasokun started his career with Ile–Ogba Community Bank as an Account Officer and later moved to Banex Industrial Limited as a Marketing Executive.

He left Banex to join Sunrise Microfinance as a pioneer staff. While with Banex, He supervised the administrative aspect of the bank and helped in setting up the Internal Control system.

His effectiveness towards work earned him a position as a Marketing Executive in the then Associated Investment Microfinance, now Mutual Benefits Microfinance Bank.

He is presently the Head of the Business Development Unit. He is a graduate of Business Admin, an MBA Holder, and a Chartered Banker. He is a good team player and a goal-oriented leader.

OLUBUMUWA OLUYEMISI MABEL - HEAD, CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS

Oluyemisi Olubumuwa holds HND in Accounting. She has over 15 years experience spanning Marketing, Customer service, Internal Control and Banking Operations.

She joined Mutual Benefits MFB in 2009. She has worked as Customer Service, Internal Control, Teller Operations before assuming her present position as the Head of Operations Department of the Bank.

She is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), Charted Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Certified Microfinance banker (MCIB).

SHEU RUFAI-BALOGUN - HEAD, CREDIT & RISK

Sheu Rufai-Balogun is a seasoned banker with over 15 years experience in the financial sector spanning across Operations, Internal Control, and Credit risk management.

He joined Mutual Benefits MFB in 20217 as a credit analyst and is presently the Head of Credit & Risk. He holds a degree in Insurance from Lagos State Science and Technology University (formerly Laspotech) and is a certified microfinance practitioner.

He has attended several pieces of training and workshops on Credit Risk Analysis and Management as well as Understanding and Achieving Regulatory Compliance Requirements.

SAMUEL AJELETI - HEAD, INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY

Samuel Ajeleti is a seasoned ICT Specialist, dynamic, dedicated and results-oriented Banking IT Professional with over 8 years of experience, orchestrating the complex symphony of information and communication technologies, and managing ICT operations in ensuring the smooth operation and advancement of the bank's technology systems.

His journey began with a passion for technology, bagged a degree in Computer Science, and He is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional.

With a background in Information Technology, and over 5 years of experience in the financial sector, Samuel brings a deep understanding of both technology and banking processes to his role helping the bank streamline its operations, enhance data security, and provide efficient services to its clients.

Before his current role as the Head of Information Technology at Mutual Benefits Microfinance Bank Ltd, he was with VELVOT Nigeria Ltd as a CLOUD Adoption Expert; IT/Technical Support Specialist and Consultant, IT Support/System Administrator at Mutual Benefits MFB, IT Support/System Administrator for Southwest Region at Fortis MFB, IT Field Executive/Inventory Assistant at Winlot Global Resources Limited.

OLAMIDE OLUDELE - HEAD, FINANCE & CONTROL

Olamide Oludele is a graduate of Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke, Osun State with an HND in Accountancy and a Chartered Banker.

She started her career with Law Union and Rock Insurance Plc (now Tangerine Insurance Plc) as a Customer Service Representative and Business Development Officer and later moved to Mutual Benefits Microfinance Bank to in the Operations and Customer Service Department.

In July 2019, she was moved to the Account Department as an Account Officer because of her passion and flexible attitude towards work. She is diligent, efficient, and a good team player.

She is currently the Head of Finance and Control with Mutual Benefits Microfinance Bank.

OLUWANISOLA AKEJU - HEAD, INTERNAL CONTROL & COMPLIANCE

Oluwanisola Akeju is an Auditor with over 9 years experience ranging from the Manufacturing and Banking industries.

Oluwanisola is dutiful and whose standard on integrity can not be compromised.

His successes in the Banking Industry down the years earned him the position of the Head, Compliance and Data Protection Officer.

He is a product of the prestigious Ladoke Akintola University of technology where he bagged a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (B.Tech).
